If you’ve linked to this blog, or want to, APAture Live is at a new site. The old WordPress site doesn’t support Javascript (WTF?) so I can’t collect data on where our traffic is coming from. So I had to switch to good ol’ Typepad, which hosts my own blogs. HERE’S THE NEW URL:

FYI: this APAture liveblogging thing arose out of a call for proposals for artist commissions from a grantmaker that shall remain nameless unless I get the grant. The project is twofold: I will be liveblogging APAture to creat a text documentation of the event, and I will be tracking traffic to see if people are interested in a text document, how people find out about the blog, and how they use the site. So I really need to be able to track traffic properly-like.

If you’d like to help me out in this project, please post a feed to this blog on your blog or website for the duration of APAture (Sept 18-27, 2008). Here’s the feed URL:

Welcome to APAture Live, your liveblog for the Kearny Street Workshop’s Bay Area festival, APAture: A Window on Emerging Asian Pacific American Artists!

This is the APAture event’s first blog; it’s also a liveblog, that is to say, I will be posting here live during the APAture events, describing the smell of the greasepaint and roar of the crowd.
